Dog Fouling

One problem which never goes away is the dog mess which blights the grassed areas throughout the estate. While there are many responsible owners, who always pick up, there are also many who could not care less. When on the roads and pavements dogs should always be kept on a lead, but too many are allowed to run loose. How can you possibly see what your dog is doing when it is 50 meters behind you? Recently there have also been cases of dogs being allowed to run about the estate completely unattended, it appears they are being put out in the morning and left to roam at will. If this applies to you, be advised that the dog wardens have been informed, and your dog may well be rounded up and removed.
Past appeals to scoop the poop have failed to achieve any success with some owners, so we are now forced to involve the dog wardens to try to catch some of the offenders. If caught, you are liable to an on the spot fine, so how about showing some social responsibility, bags for picking up the mess are free, and there are plenty of bins into which to put it.
