There is a community  woodland meeting at the end of July.
Plans for the proposed landscaping at the entrance to the estate have been agreed.
Insurance claim sent to WDC for damage to slabs.
Bushes are being trimmed.

Writing to WDC ,concerning the poor condition of maintenance of the grass in front of the shop.
A lorry got stuck on the grass at the side of the pub, fortunately Paul Fletcher managed to take a picture of it.  A damage claim will be pursued.
All roads off the main road at the shops are their responsibility, they are in poor condition,and they have a liability.Bwra have been approached by residents concerned about, who pays for  any damage to their vehicles.
Charles White have also received complaints, and will write to the shop owners to make them aware of the complaints, and to remind them of potential liability for injury etc. caused by the condition of the car park .
