For the last few weeks we have had some roadworks going on around Broomhill Cres. The team have been out tearing up the roads and re-laying new roads. So far as I can see they are making a very good job of it.
The disruption in phase one seemed to be minimal with access to and from the estate through out the day. They workers have been very accommodating to letting vehicle access throughout the day.
The work has taken longer than originally planned but to be honest they are making such a good job of the road that its better that it takes a bit longer and it is finished to a high standard v a quick but rubbish job.
Phase 2 is currently underway.
